Here is what I've found to be the solution to the login issues on Webkinz.com when accessed from an AOL screen name with Parental Controls turned on (and not given "General Access").

Come to find out, Webkinz.com uses up to 4 different servers (so far, there could always be more) to validate a user login attempt. These are direct IP address calls instead of using the www.webkinz.com DNS name. This means that it points to an IP address and thus these IP addresses must be granted access with AOL Parental Controls.

These IP addresses are:

66.48.69.98
66.48.69.99
66.48.69.102
66.48.69.104

So to make sure your child can log into Webkinz.com within AOL, you need to sign on as a master screen name and then click 'Security' and select 'Web Unlock'.

Next select the child's screen name in the drop list (this only shows those screen names not setup as General Access). Now on the left select 'Allowed Sites'. There is a button on the right side that is labeled 'Add More Sites'. Click this button. In the next window type in 'www.webkinz.com'. Then click 'Add'. This adds webkinz.com as an allowed site.

Now repeat the 'Add More Sites' steps to add the above list of IP addresses (66.48.69.98, 66.48.69.99, 66.48.69.102, 66.48.69.104).

Once you are done you should repeat this for any other screen names that need access to webkinz.com.
